Muslin
Muslin, also known as Diaper fabric or gauze, is a light, airy, and soft cotton fabric with a loose weave, originally from the Middle East. It is often made from cotton but can also contain silk or other natural fibers.
Features:
- Breathable, soft, absorbent, and dries quickly
- Characteristically wrinkled in appearance – no ironing required
- Transparent and very pleasant to the touch
Uses:
- Ideal for baby diapers, towels, bibs, scarves
- Also great for summer dresses, skirts, or scarves that don't require ironing
