Delivery Time
The delivery time is 1–2 business days from placing the order.
- Orders placed on business days before 9:00 AM are usually delivered within 1–2 business days.
- In case of payment by bank transfer, please allow time for the transfer to reach our account – the order is dispatched immediately after payment is received.
- All prices include VAT.

- Email delivery of a gift voucher: 0 CZK (available only for gift vouchers)

Additional Shipping Information
GLS
- Your shipment will be delivered by GLS to your address or selected pickup point.
- Once dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
- You can track the shipment in the GLS system.
- A valid phone number is required for delivery.
- Please check the package for damage before accepting it.
Balíkovna
- Your shipment will be delivered by Balíkovna to a pickup point or address in the Czech Republic.
- Once dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
- You can track the shipment in the Balíkovna system.
- After delivery to the pickup point, you will receive an SMS and email with pickup details.
- Please check the package for damage before acceptance.
Zásilkovna
- Your shipment will be delivered by Zásilkovna.
- Once dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
- You can track the shipment in the Zásilkovna system.
- After delivery to the pickup point, you will receive an SMS and email with a pickup code.
- Please monitor the maximum pickup storage period.
- Please check the package for damage before acceptance.
DPD
- Your shipment will be delivered by DPD.
- Once dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
- You can track the shipment in the DPD system.
- Please check the package for damage before acceptance.
Additional Payment Information
Card Payment
- Card payments are available via a secure online payment gateway.
- Card payments are also accepted in-store via a payment terminal.
- The payment gateway and terminal are provided by Comgate a.s., a licensed payment institution supervised by the Czech National Bank.
- No additional fee is charged for card payments.
