    12.12. Jsem zboží objednala. Objednávka byla označena za vyřízenou a předána dopravci. Po 3 dnech, kdy mi od Zásilkovny nepřišel ani email, jsem psala na eshop email, zda stihnou doručení do Vánoc. Paní osočila mě, že jí nezvedám telefon (očekávala bych komunikaci přes mail) a že dané položky mají zničené, tedy mám na výběr nové nebo vrátit peníze. Vybrala jsem si vrácení peněz. Když peníze nebyly na účtu do 10 dnů, zeptala jsem se, kdy je mohu očekávat . Od té doby jsem se nedočkala ani emailu. Takže po měsíci nemám ani zboží ani peníze. Moc nerozumím tolika kladným recenzím. Tohle se mi ještě nestalo...
