The house of Slytherin

The house was founded by Salazar Slytherin. Its symbol is the snake, its element is water, and its key traits are ambition, cunning and leadership. The head of house is Professor Severus Snape (during Harry's school years) and the house ghost is the Bloody Baron. Students of the house include Draco Malfoy. In the books the house colours are green and silver.
